How Morpheus8 Treatment Works 

By combining RF and microneedling technology, Morpheus8 reaches beyond the skin’s surface to stimulate the production of collagen. Standard methods of skin resurfacing penetrate the skin, but lack RF technology. This technology heats up the skin during treatment, helping it tighten more effectively.

Our specialists use custom tips depending on the size of the treatment area, and this method is ideal because it is great for both small and large areas of skin. By stimulating your body’s own collagen production on a deeper level, you achieve tighter, smoother skin. 

When you come in for your Morpheus8 treatment, we will numb the area with cream for your comfort. We will assess your skin goals and customize treatment accordingly, including the device tip, machine settings, and the exact area(s) you want to improve. The handheld device is moved across the skin in a stamping motion until the area is covered. You may feel some pressure, but the numbing cream helps minimize any discomfort. 

After the numbing is complete, one treatment takes between 15 and 60 minutes and over the next few weeks, you will notice your skin tightening. Multiple treatments may be needed for significant tightening or treating acne scars. While results may last about 2-5 years, and you can repeat the treatment as needed to achieve your goals. We recommend an annual follow-up to determine whether a maintenance session would be needed to re-stimulate the collagen production.
